Return Window: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Non-returnable items: Customized or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return. We offer exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are provided only in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
